Track my order

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains a link or tracking number that you can use to follow your package.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail sent to you. You can also find it in your AURA account under “My orders”.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

There may be several reasons why your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has not been dispatched on time, please contact Aura customer service for further information by sending an e-mail to hello@aura-displays.com
